We Showcase High School Players to College Coaches!

Welcome to WLADYKA BASEBALL. Our programs feature the College Scouting and Recruiting Service, seasonal Showcase Camps, and year-round Instructional Clinics. In operation for nearly 25 years, over 8,600 graduates of our programs have gone on to play college baseball. Joe Wladyka is a Nationally Recognized Hitting Instructor and Talent Evaluator and is credited with being the first person to conduct “Showcase” Camps. The College Scouting and Recruiting Service currently operates in 27 states. Our training clinics have been rated among the nation’s top five instructional camps by Baseball America.

GAIN EXPOSURE The College Scouting & Recruiting Service (CSRS) provides each player with an individual web page which includes a profile containing personal and academic information and an evaluation of baseball skills, plus online video footage. This information is compiled by questionnaire and attendance at an Evaluation Session and then made accessible to over 1050 Colleges Who Currently Subscribe to Joe Wladyka Baseball’s Scouting & Recruiting Services

TALENT SHOWCASES The Talent Showcases are exposure aids intended to enhance a prospect’s opportunity to play college and/or professional baseball. It provides visibility for quality players enabling them to demonstrate their abilities before coaches and scouts who can make realistic, first hand assessments. The program format calls for a combination of skills testing and games over the two day period designed to maximize exposure.

CAMPS & CLINICS Our Camps and Clinics are conducted in Joe Wladyka’s Indoor Training Facility, Rutherford, NJ, the New York Jets Indoor Fieldhouse, Florham Park, NJ and at the Armory in Jersey City, NJ. The camps are staffed by professional, college, and high school coaches. Our camps and clinics combine instruction, drill work, live work, and video analysis.
