Description:  This is a four day program held during the Holiday Recess.A great deal of emphasis is placed on mechanics andironing out flaws in technique. The hitting process is broken downinto body-thirds and taught separately and progressively. Through aseries of “emphasis hitting positions”, body parts are isolated andfaults are identified and corrected.The instruction applies to players of all ability ranges. Thevarying speeds of the pitching machines allow each player to practiceat his own level and progress at his own pace. There are no age orability mismatches.
