WHY CSRS AND NOT OTHER SERVICES?

1) We are the ORIGINAL recruiting service. This summer marks our 21st year. Our longevity is due in part to the credibility we have established with the college coaching community as a reliable source for recruits.

2) We supply an extensive evaluation of the player’s skills and not just
statistical data/reference letters which are often disregarded by coaches.
Joe Wladyka or Lee Seras personally conduct each workout session and
prepare each evaluation. The strength of our program is in the accuracy and objectivity of our reports.

3) The colleges SUBSCRIBE to our service! They do not pay a fee but
they request our information. We survey the coaches each pre-season to determine how they are using the material we provide.

4) We rate the competitiveness level of each baseball program that
subscribes to the CSRS and try to give the player an honest idea at what level he can best perform and succeed. To a degree we serve as your “Baseball Guidance Counselor,” attempting to match players with programs and programs with players.
