Coach Wladyka,
Hey Coach, I just wanted to thank you for everything you have done for me since June. Not only did I enjoy playing for you, but I also learned a lot. To tell you the truth, the only regret I have with Wladyka Baseball is not finding out about it sooner. I sincerely want to thank you, your father, and the rest of the coaching staff for everything I have learned and all the experiences I have gained. If you wouldn’t mind thanking the other coaches for me, I would really appreciate it. Once again, thank you for all the effort that you and your father have put into Wladyka baseball and I just wanted to let you know that I really appreciated it. Thanks again, and I hope to stay in touch.
Sincerely,
Wladyka Baseball Club PLAYER
Jim/Joe,I would also like to take this opportunity to thank you both, and your coaching staff for the summer and fall seasons. Your genuine interest in teaching these kids the game of baseball was apparent throughout. Your approach was great, Jack learned a lot from your knowledgeable staff. To have former professional players working with them is an opportunity not many have the chance to experience. Beyond the obvious fundamentals and intricacies of the game he now has a greater understanding and knowledge of how to play this game at the next level and what it takes to make it and stay there. Having played up to the college level and coached myself, I can honestly say that I learned new things about this game just watching and talking to you and your coaches. I was very impressed with how sportsmanship was instilled in your players, I never once saw any coach or player argue with an umpire or be overly demonstrative after a bad or missed call, the level of professionalism was second to none. I know the players themselves and their parents also had a lot to do with that but it is also a reflection on you as to the type of player you accept into your program…Once again thank you, and your entire staff for a fun, successful, and educational season. We look forward to continuing with your teams in the future.

Hi Joe and Jim,On behalf of my wife and I, we want to thank you for a great fall season and your commitment to all the boys on the team. I am extremely impressed with your dedication, commitment and your understanding on how to talk to and mentor these boys that are now becoming young men. As a seasoned executive I have learned a lot from you and your father about how to get the most out of people. I saw first hand that it is not always about raising a voice or showing your frustrations, but teaching each individual how to deal with the positives and negatives in baseball and in life………and you and your coaches did just that and I commend you!!!!
I can speak personally for my two kids and they thank you immensely for the opportunities you have extended to them this past season. You are a unique individual, stay that way and I can assure you that you will continue your success and grow even further. My only regret is that my boys did not play with you earlier in their careers. I believe that you would have helped them to accelerate even faster.
I would like to thank you and your dad for all you do. In this life; integrity and reputation are very important. You, your father and your entire family have an outstanding reputation and are people of high integrity and should be extremely proud.
Regards,

Joe,Thank you so much for your time and service to the young men. My son Joshua came away feeling good, thus I deem it a success. I was both surprised and impressed, that you were in a large degree, a one man show. Regardless of how Josh rates out, I just wanted to extend my gratitude. Thanks again and all the best to you and yours!

Dear Joe,I just wanted to thank you for coming to the area of Lafayette with your recruiting program. We were very pro-active in the recruiting process to get Stefan’s name out. Thank you for passing his name out to some of your coaches that are friend. Stefan has had many scholarship offers. He also has the Devil Rays contacting him a lot. The Brewers were interested in him to see if he was interested in playing Pro-Baseball. Southeastern Louisiana University in Hammond has seen him play about four times last year and was very impressed with your program and evaluation. He had an official visit already and we went back last weekend for an unofficial visit. He really likes the school and the coaches. He decided that is where he wants to go to school and play for. They have a young team but have recruited some good guys. Stefan is on a 100% scholarship for baseball. They are paying his food and living expenses also. He will be starting third base for them and will be pitching also. He will be able to have his #13 also. (The perfect package for him). I wanted you to be the first to know. I think he was too nervous to go too far from home when it rally came down to it. We just wanted to thank you again and he’ll be signing in November.
Thanks again,

Thank you very much Coach Jim Wladyka for your camp at William Paterson University. Thank Your Dad, Coach Joe, and all the excellent Coaches he has had work with me throughout the last couple of years. My Dad wanted to get me out of my small town and see all the talent out there, and Wladyka Baseball has been our choice. This is why I believe I’ve grown as a Baseball player. Thank you again.Sincerely,

Dear Joe,I wanted to follow up with you and tell you that I thought the best money we spent on our son in the entire baseball recruiting process was with you for Sam’s video. We are really not sure how many Coaches actually looked at it but one did for sure and we suspect another did. Sam ended up being recruited very actively by Allegheny College in Pennsylvania (D-III) who’s Coach contacted Sam after seeing his video and William Jewell in Missouri (NAIA) just out of Kansas City. Both offered very generous scholarships and Sam ended up accepting the offer from William Jewell and Coach Mike Stockton. Allegheny really wanted Sam but as a D-III school only has the academic awards they can make. They offered Sam $27,000 a year in scholarships but it costs $41,000 a year to go, so that did not work for us financially.
We have not asked the Coach if he saw Sam’s video but suspect he did. Last January Sam received an invitation out of the blue to make an official campus visit there and participate in a tryout (NAIA). He was one of 20 kids on that trip, did exceptionally well and the coach offered. Because of his stellar academic record, he received baseball and academic awards that pay for almost all of his college. We just returned from Kansas City where Sam went through orientation and registration for fall classes. The Coach is very excited to get Sam and it’s a great opportunity for him. They graduated their entire outfield and Coach thinks Sam can come in and be his centerfielder next February. However that turns out, our son is at a very good academic college that seems to care about him. Jewell is moving to NCAA D-II beginning with the 2012 season, or Sam’s Junior year, so we are very excited. Thank you Joe for your services and continued good luck in the future.
